My Mission

My mission is to help you gain meaningful insight into yourself so you can show up authentically in your relationships. I support women through the identity shift of new motherhood by creating a space that feels safe, empowering, and open for exploring the deeper parts of who you are.

What it’s Like Working with Alicia

I want women to thrive despite life's challenges.

My therapeutic approach is deeply holistic and empowerment-focused, combining skills relating to perinatal mental health, managing ADHD and anxiety, and supporting parents of children with disabilities. I believe in the power of values-driven therapy, meaning I work with you to identify what's most important to you in life and help you align your actions with those values.

I am passionate about helping women reconnect with their feminine spark—the intuitive, creative, and powerful energy that resides in every woman—and guiding them through both personal and psychological growth. My drive stems from personal experiences and skills from training and as former Roots postpartum group leader.

My capacity for supporting women extends into the most common challenges: burnout, relationship challenges, infertility,  pregnancy, loss and miscarriage, postpartum depression and anxiety, and parenting. The emotional complexity of preconception to parenting is not meant to be carried alone, and I can help you rediscover your sense of self and embrace their strength during these transformative times. I want women to thrive despite life's challenges.

Together, we’ll work through transition, address challenges, and support your journey toward healing, balance, and emotional resilience. You’re not alone, and there is no “right way” to feel during these tough moments. I would be honored to walk alongside you to offer a safe harbor to grieve, tools to manage ADHD, or guidance to build confidence and identity. Let’s work together to help you find your way forward.

Alicia’s Story

I discovered a passion for mental health while working in a group home. My journey to motherhood—nonlinear and deeply personal—sparked a strong commitment to supporting women through similar experiences. I am a proud parent to two angel babies, a beautiful daughter with a limb difference, and a Bernese Mountain dog. Additionally, I am an active member of the Lucky Fin Project, where I find great joy in connecting with other families in the Lucky Fin community.

I love spending time in the mountains with my husband and daughter, diving into all kinds of craft projects from knitting to sewing, trail runs with my husband, long phone calls with friends and family, traveling to find the best croissant, starting new books, tackling home renovations, and perfecting the art of the at-home latte.
