Women’s Counseling
we get you.
Life is coming at you at full speed, but you find it hard to enjoy. Nothing feels like "enough", including you.
Women often lack support, resulting in over functioning and dependence on coping skills or relationships that aren’t fulfilling or supportive. We are trained in mind-body and relational strategies to help you resolve stuck places and connect to the deep wisdom and joy necessary to navigate all of life.
we got you
Pregnancy & Postpartum: Becoming the Mother You Want to Be
When a child is born, so is a mother. This unique developmental transition begins even before conception and can be a valuable component of growth and evolution for a woman.
Our counselors are trained in various skills that support this transition and all of its major challenges, including pregnancy anxiety and depression, Postpartum anxiety and depression, and birth trauma recovery. We are women willing to walk beside you in this rich transition of life so you can be the mother we already know you are.
How Counseling Can Help:
Navigate the emotional changes during pregnancy
Address anxiety and depression related to childbirth and motherhood
Build confidence as a new parent
Understand and process postpartum challenges like baby blues or postpartum depression (PPD)
Develop coping strategies for sensory overwhelm
Create a healthy, balanced relationship with yourself and your baby
Through counseling, you’ll have a compassionate space to explore your feelings, reduce anxiety, and adjust to the new rhythms of life with support and guidance.

Life Transitions: Embracing Change with Confidence
Women experience major life transitions like changing careers, starting a family, dealing with loss, divorce, perimenopause/menopause or jumping into unexpected roles.
Because women often over perform with lack of adequate support, these big transitions can often leave us feeling uncertain, burned out, lonely, and confused. Life’s transitions are rarely linear, and they can bring up old wounds or cause us to question our sense of identity.
How Counseling Can Help:
Building resilience in the face of major life changes
Exploring your goals, values, and self-worth during transitions
Overcoming feelings of self-doubt or imposter syndrome
Finding balance and peace during times of uncertainty
Life transitions can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate them alone. Counseling can help you discover your inner strength, identify your core values, and make choices that align with your true self.
reclaim you
Burnout: Nurturing Yourself and Reclaiming Your Power
We are often taught to prioritize the needs of others, sacrifice our own desires, and conform to rigid expectations. This can leave us feeling drained, unheard, and disconnected from our true essence.
How Counseling Can Help:
Challenging limiting societal norms and beliefs that hold you back or push you forward too hard
Exploring the impact of gendered expectations on your mental health and relationships
Reclaiming your voice, power, and autonomy
Developing self-compassion and confidence authentic to you
Burnout recovery is about dismantling the internalized beliefs and societal pressures that limit your potential and your well-being. Counseling empowers you to break free, step into your power, and create a life that reflects your true identity.

Mother Wound Healing: Nurturing Your Inner Child
Mother Wound healing addresses the deep-seated trauma many women and mothers face due to modern society’s pressures of perfection, competition over collaboration, and self-sacrifice. Healing the Mother Wound means acknowledging the pain, finding forgiveness (if needed), and reclaiming your self-worth.
How Counseling Can Help:
Exploring the impact of early maternal relationships with attachment and grief work
Breaking free from unhealthy patterns and expectations by exploring attachment styles and cognitions
Cultivating self-love and compassion, separate from external approval
Learning to trust your instincts and set healthy boundaries with mindfulness and somatic work
Healing the Mother Wound is a powerful journey that helps you transform old pain into self-empowerment. This healing path empowers you to reclaim your feminine essence that powers your vibrancy, power, evolution and connectivity to community.
