Your First Appointment
Here is basic information on preparing for your first therapy appointment with an Illuminate therapist in Bozeman.

Your therapist will send an email confirming the date and time of your intake, as well as who should attend in the case of child and family counseling.

Your therapist will send an invitation to TherapyNotes where you can complete the documents necessary for the first appointment. Please complete these forms prior to your first appointment.

Our office is on the second floor. Got past the elevator and into the first door on the left. You’ll find our waiting room, where you can get cozy with tea and tunes until your therapist comes to find you.

Prior to your first appointment, we strongly encourage clients to contact their insurance provider if using insurance benefits. Please understand your benefits and how they apply to mental health counseling, as you are responsible for all costs related to the services provided.
