FAQs

Your Questions, Answered

  • Therapy may be right for you if you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, burned out, or unlike yourself — even if you’re still “functioning.”

Many adults and postpartum mothers we see in Bozeman come in for anxiety, intrusive thoughts, OCD, trauma, or difficulty adjusting to pregnancy or parenthood. You don’t have to be in crisis to start.

If something isn’t working and you’re tired of managing it alone, therapy can help. We offer consultations to help you decide if it’s a good fit.

  • The first session is a conversation, not a deep dive.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you want to change, and what support would feel helpful. We’ll outline goals and recommend an approach — whether that’s somatic therapy, ERP for OCD, or perinatal-focused care.

You’ll leave with clarity about next steps and a plan moving forward.

  • Our therapists in Bozeman bring specialized expertise in trauma, somatic therapy, perinatal mental health, OCD, anxiety, burnout, and play therapy. We combine years of real-world experience with a compassionate, relational approach, partnering with you to experience relief.

We integrate mind‑body techniques to address how stress and trauma are held in the nervous system, helping clients find deeper, longer-lasting relief. We support individuals across the lifespan — adults, children, and families — tailoring care to your unique needs and life stage.

  • Scheduling is simple.

You can request a consultation through our contact page by filling out the brief form. From there, our team will reach out to match you with the therapist who best fits your needs whether you’re seeking therapy for postpartum anxiety, OCD, trauma, or support for your child.

We offer therapy in Bozeman and via telehealth across Montana.

  • Yes. We accept many major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Aetna, First Choice, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Medicaid, PacificSource, Allegiance, and Montana Health Co-op.

Coverage varies by plan, and we do not verify or know your benefits. We recommend verifying your mental health benefits, deductible, and copay before your first appointment. Our team is happy to help answer general insurance questions when you schedule.

If you prefer private pay or are using out-of-network benefits, we can also provide a superbill upon request.

  • We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions without contact, will be charged in full.

We understand that illness, emergencies, or unexpected crises happen. In these situations, we review the circumstances and may adjust the policy when appropriate. Our goal is to be fair while keeping our schedule available for all clients.
